We have Zero liquid discharge evaporator after RO in effluent treatment. No of effects is 3.
In the first effect Delta T maintains 5 to 6 Deg C during normal operation. Often observed this rise to 12 and 13 deg c and comes to normal after few hrs. IAM not able to find the reason. Can any one help me out pl.
Sorry my last post regarding this deleted some how.

Temperature difference between, Slurry inlet (HX outlet ) to the vapor body and vapor leaving the first effect.
