Is there any guideline for minimum separation distance between a natural gas compressor skid and an open oil saver pit which may have some vapors above it? Kindly advise. Thank you

There are various prescriptive guidelines, some of those also available on the internet. Just google "equipment spacing and plant layout".

If there is possibility of vapor ignition, dispersion analysis should be conducted.
