If we have plant data for Compressor say centri and I want to normalize it to inlet conditions for efficiency how to do it ?

it depends from application, for example, if you simulate the compressor as a single (or a series of) polytropic stage, you may know pin, pout and tout plus polytropic efficiency and wish to estimate tin, for that you can vary tin (manually or utilize some solver as for example Excel minimizer etc.) till calculated tout (or some other value) matches the specified value.
