Please i need to procure new refractory material for a thermal reactor lining and i need to request a guarantee from the manufacturer and for construction
So i ask how to write a professional letter to manufacturer for guarantee

Brother, to be honest I'd use ChatGPT to get you started. Specifically, what kind of guarantee do you want? Like a thermal guarantee, or workmanship? Most of these companies offer a standard workmanship and performance guarantee anyway, like 18 months after delivery or 12 months after startup, which ever comes first, etc.

Contact the vendors by telephone or email to see what sort of guarantees they can offer. After you get answers, then tailor your invitation to bid according to what is possible. The vendor does not have to guarantee anything and may decide it is not worthwhile to sell product or service if you demand guarantee. (This is an ancient inquiry. My answer is for someone searching in the future.)
