Expansion turbine in one of the N2 plant is not generating sufficient cold ,how do i calculate the efficiency for waste nitrogen flow of 10300 Nm3/hr ,in/out temp & pr : -124  / - 138 deg C  0.866 / 0.254 kg/cm2g.

You will likely find the answer by using your favorite search engine. Always look there first. You can also estimate it with a Mollier Diagram.

I used DWSIM to set up this problem.  Briefly here is what resulted.  As Adiabatic efficiency was 88%,  If you are familiar with DWSIM I can try to post the simulation or send it to you in an E-mail.
