I have been working in Refining/ pipline Sector.
Presently we want to establish a mini laboratory for HSD and Motor Gasoline product Testing .
.The laboratory will only counter check imported HSD ,received / offloaded thru Tankers or from other production facility.
Tests to be performed in laboratory will be
Cloud/ Pour Point,Distillation,RVP (MINI METHOD) ,RON ,Copper Corrosion, Oxidation stability, Existing Gum and Sulfur.
Laboratory will deal with max 72 lit (18 Gal ) Mogas product
For designing of this new laboratory we have facing following hurdles;
1- Electrical Equipments ( Sockets/ Recepticals etc to be installed should be of classified with respect to MOGAS (Class Ib) or not ?
2- Exhaust system not fume hood mechanical exhaust uses should be also classified or not?
3- Air conditioners used should be classified or not?
I have referred NFPA 45 but still unble to get answer.

Please also provide Code references .
