Hello everyone, does anyone have any knowledge on how to calculate the Le and Lemax values of Annex F?

My 20 year old copy of API 650 does not call out Le or LeMax in those detail descriptions. The other detail diagrams lead me to suspect that maximum Le is 16 times the bar thickness. At least that is how it is shown on Detail a, g, and i. Do you have nomenclature defined at the bottom of the page? Without your version, I cannot help you look much.

Here is the full picture.
The formula is in detail g because there isn't a formula at the bottom of the image. It is stated in 16ta max.
Le and Lemax therefore equal the 16ta Max?
