Where to use the following equations?

 

 

Hagen Poiseuille equation

Hazen williams equation

Darcy Weisbach equation

To start with :

 Hagen–Poiseuille equation - Wikipedia

All equations are related to head losses. 

Hagen-Poiseuille is specific to laminar flow 

Hazen-Williams is used for water pipe networks ( empirical correlation) , examples : water distribution networks or fire fighting networks 

Darcy-Weisbach is the reference equation for liquids in pipes.
