I am trying to find a reliable source of information about the flash point of ethanol according to the % v/v concentration of ethanol in an aqueous solution.

This information is necessary for hazardous area classification purposes and process safety planning in fuel ethanol plants.

One weblink indicated by Google search is:

http://www.engineeri...ater-d_989.html

However the source of this information is not known.

Hello Escape,
I found something similar to the results you have obtained:

http://psc.tamu.edu/.../AqueousMixture

Though, I do not know the source of information. Anyway, website can be quite useful (Process Safety Division, Online Library, "Ask the Expert" assistance etc.)

You can try posting a question at ChemicalProcessing.com:

According to the curve in http://psc.tamu.edu/.../AqueousMixture , the data is from NFPA 325, that is now part of the Fire Protection Guide to Hazardous Materials, published by the National Fire Protection Association.
