I have a question about the data sheet of a dry cooler for basic design.

Does anyone have a typical basic design datasheet for a dry cooler?

Where do i find the proper information?

Does anyone here have experience with wet surface air coolers to share? I really like the idea and have been looking for an application to try one because of its much closer approach to wet bulb temperature than using water from conventional cooling towers. (Breizh brought up the topic so I put my question here. This may need its own thread if there is interest.)
