Hi,

As the package is portable, let's know about your main problem?

Hi,

To second Naser, what is your fear?

 N2 unloading?

 Oil flammability?

Did you check with your HSE manager and/or the fire brigade in your area?

Note: You may have specific regulations in your country, check with the safety bureau.

Equipment siting/layout is not a simple question as so many factors are involved. Your question concerns zoning (fire, ex) - note that any option is possible if it had been justified properly. Resulted risk rate is the only issue.

Start with consulting your local insurance company

There is no single right way to lay out equipment in a plant. The HAZOP/HAZID will have questions like 'what are the consequences of damage to the nitrogen package? Is the nitrogen package at risk of external fire or other damage?' If there is a hazard identified, then it must be safeguarded or accepted.
