I am 20, and an undergrad in India. I chose ChemE out of my interest in Chemistry but obviously our field is not entirely about it. But i have actually developed an interest now. I am looking for developing my skills. What all courses I can do or more like what's the least I can do. I am thinking of pursuing my postgrad in Germany. I am not in the best of the colleges. But i really want to learn about our industry earn money grow as an individual. So far I have not done any extra curricular courses and haven't developed any skills. For now i have only focused on my acads and maintained a more than avg gpa of 8.

A good way to learn is to do. If you plan to spend much time 'developing skills' then perhaps find a local company that would pay you to be a part-time intern.
