Can some one help me in sizing Rupture Disk for Non-newtonian fluid. I need information on how to size Rupture disk in such services?

I invite you to read my series on Rupture Disks, found on this website. At the home page, on the left hand side, click on "Free Articles", then click on "Pressure Relief Design".

You will see that I strongly recommend the use of the Resistance to Flow Method for sizing purposes. This method of sizing consideres the rupture disk as just another piping component. The only problem will be in that you will need to find the proper method to determine frictional loss for your particular non-newtonian fluid in your system. So in a nutshell, having a rupture disk in the piping system is not an issue, coming up with the correct algorithm to determine friction factor will be.
