can neone help me out with the companies producing CHCl3 in India with their production capacities?? Any guidance / hint towards getting this data is also welcomed.

You can go for SRF - Alwar (Rajsthan)
M/s ShreeRam Flourochemicals Ltd.
Capacity don't know.
