Hi all,

I run the HYSYS-Depressuring dynamics & have results in my hand. As its an existing Platform's blowdown study, I have the BDV size. The BDV is on 4" line.
The Vapor Cv I got from HYSYS Depre. is 172.7 (USGPM). How can I decide what size does it correspond to? I mean, does 172.7 USGPM size Cv fits on 4" line?

I have sent some simple procedures to Jaimin instead of article... I know some of you would like to have a very comprehensive procedure... i am not sure this is available...I am in the process of compiling some information for those who are interested in depressuring...Hope you can wait...

Hi everybody. What if I have supercritical CO2 in pressurized vessel under 500 bara. I want to make decompression of that tank controlled by automatic valve with time delay -> to prevent sudden temperature decrease. Can it be somehow simulated?? I've got CHEMCAD 6.2 ...but you can refer to any simulator (HYSYS, PROII -> everything's similar).
