Hi to all,

I need to design the vapour line for the reactor.

Information : reactor capacity is 2 KL in which my product( l-pil ) is form, The solvent I have used is methanol for the reaction. Qty 800 ltr. in the process I want to replace the methanol by tolune ( 500 ltr.)by distillating the methanol at atm. condition.

please help 1) for design the vapour line for the methanol at atm. condition

2) for design the vapour line at vaccume condition ( 650 mm hg )
