Dear all:

I am doing Hysys simulation for a acetone vapor line (0.4 mole fraction of acetone, 0.6 for N2). However, I was given information that Peng-Robinson is not suitable for acetone. I guess it is because acetone is quite polar, and PR is only suitable for non polar and mid-polar system. Now I am using NRTL method.

Can anyone recommend a most suitable property package?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Check out the HYSYS manuals - there's a section in there on property package selection.
