Basic operations of this process can be identified as
• Cassava Peeler and Grater
• Cassava flour (water +enzyme)
• Liquefaction (90-95 deg. C)
• Saccharification (55-65 deg. C)(converter enzyme)
• Cooling (30-33 deg. C)
• Fermentation (yeast added)
• Distillation/Filtering/feed recovery
• Ethanol (hydrous + dehydration)
• Anhydrous Fuel Ethanol (99.7% alcohol to water)

In above operations, what process /es need steam supply? I guess that is Liquefaction. Am I correct?
