Dear all

Would you guide me about preventing of hydrate formation in hydrocarbon flow lines (gas, oil + water) which is down stream of a 2-phase separator? The flow lines are above ground and minimum average temperature is 0 °C.
We try to prevent hydrate formation in liquid line by injection of Methanol. But Hsysy and also PROII shows huge quantity of methanol i.e. 4 m3/h for handling 130 m3/h liquid.

Regards
