Dear all,
why we are classifying the HAZOP areas in chemical plant ..?
or anyother oil and gas plant ?
what are the application ?in practical issues..,

What do you mean with "classifying the HAZOP areas"?

Might you be refering to ELECTRICAL classification areas? If so, every part of a plant is typically give an electrical classification area. This is important so that EE's know that there could be combustible gases in an area and will put only "explosion-proof" motors, switches, etc. in that area. If I'm off base here, write back and you'll get a more useful answer.

HAZOP stands for Hazard and Operability (analysis). Its intent is to provide a standardized and comprehensive method of (system/process) risk identification.
It is routinely used to evaluate risk in proposed designs, re-evaluate existing designs for risk and then mitigate the risk by applying engineering solutions.
Not sure this is what you are asking ..

Please make sure you want to know about a HAZOP analysis or a hazardous area classification.
A HAZOP analysis is done for an existing system / new installations to analyse the risk and take proper action by incorporating necessary engineering changes like providing an alarm etc. An Electrical area classification is done for electrical engineers' ease, to mitigate risk in hydrocarbon exposure prone zones.

I'm sorry to say that your query is so indefinite and confusing that I cannot respond intelligently. Please provide sufficient and clear information so that a responder can understand your problem. I also urge you to be as specific as possible. Very general questions, like yours appears to be, will solicit only very general responses.
