Need help on sizing PSV for tube rupture case. Shell side fluid - process gas (two phase fluid) at 24 kg/cm2g & tube side fluid (water) at 5 kg/cm2g. process gas flashes across rupture to full vapour.

I can not figure out specific query in your post.

What kind of help and information you would like ? How much you have done on tube rupture aspect ?
