hi all...

I would like all to disucss/put forward their views on the subject below. It's not hardcore technical query so i am putting this topic in these forum.

I would like all to share/put forward information and updates on the effects of global meltdown / recession on our process engineering / industry field. Today, as we know all, world is going through tough time of global melt down and eventually industries are looking forward to cutdown their costs. Major projects from india in to process industries are anticipated to be put on hold...as we can see in IT field the worst side is eployees are getting laid off their companies....?

Crude prices are getting down at their lowest upto 49$, how it will affect the petrochemical giants....???

what would be the consequencies of this scenario in our process enigneering / petrochemical industries in next upcoming years....???

plz share any news or latest noticeable happenings w.r.t. global crisis in our field from various locations.

let us discuss some of the most serious issues....
