Dear Engineers
For sulphur storage tanks heating general steam coil will be used, but i want to know is there any methods like electrical heaters & hot oil,etc..is applicable? what is the different between this methods (advantage & dis-advantage).

Heating medium of a tank (any tank) is selected based on what level of temperature has to be maintained there.
In your case you need to study a little bit the allotrope forms of sulfur: characteristics, transformation temperatures, reversibility of the transformation. You can decide than what temperature you need to maintain in your tank and what heating solution you select.
Here is just a starting point:

Hi Mohammad Reza
About your question I think the answer depends on the source of the sulphur.
For instance, the sulphur obtained with the Clauss reactions like a Crude Refinery, this reaction is very exotermic and the heat released is used for produce steam, the surplus of steam it is used for mantain temperature enoug high (140 - 160 °C) for molten sulphur. Jacketed lines, coils for sulfur pits, etc...
When the source of sulphur is diferent maybe electrical heating will be ok.
I hope that this little bit of knowledge will be useful.
Good luck.
