vapour fraction (mole basis) = moles vapour / total moles
vapour fraction (mass basis) = mass vapour / total mass
vapour fraction (volume basis) = volume vapour / total volume
vapour fraction (mass basis) = mass vapour / total mass
vapour fraction (volume basis) = volume vapour / total volume
