What could be energy savings or advantages over pumping the condensate with steam instead of Air in a power pressured pump unit?

Qualitatively energy cost is less for steam. The mechanical energy stored in air is derived from electrical which is derived from thermal energy. Thus there greater losses for generating mechanical force from the expansion of air than for steam. Installed cost does depend on site specific factors

You do not say, but I assume the condensate is steam condensate and not subcooled. If steam is readily available the condensate and flash steam are recoverable, this further reduces costs.

One advantage air has, is that can be stored for long periods of time with no degradation of the energy, while the steam supply will incur thermal energy losses, through the insulation. For remote locations air may also be favored as electricity to a small air compressor is cheaper than a significant run of instulated pipe.
