Hi, I'm looking for some examples of the application of B.2.2.4, Fig B-3, and B3.2. of API 653. Manually generating the garphs for Shell settlement ( from the survey data ) versus the Planar settlement ( cosine curve ). Also generating the data for graphs for the differential settlement evaluation from survey results. Any related helpful info, explanations or recommended books / papers / notes etc. Sample calculations as worked examples would be great. Thanks. Frank.

Look at Technical Toolboxes API 653 software. You can download a 30 day demo which allows input of data for Shell Settlement and also lists the equations. Good Luck
