Volume For Tank Jacket

I was recently given a task to measure the volume a jacket can hold for a 250L tank. A drawing was provided but I do not have much experience in dealing with such a calculation. 

 

The drawing says that there is a 2"X 2" dimple jacket. Can someone help me in determining the volume that can fit tin the jacket? Thanks.
