Dear friends,

 

I am engaged in live refilling of perlite into a single containment ethylene storage tank (the current perlite layer has subsided which has increased heat input to tank contents) through the dedicated perlite refilling nozzles on the tank roof. I was wondering if there is a refilling procedure available to address both technical and safety issues of such work.
