centerfuge water pump in closed cooling system with below charstisitcs:

 

Q=200M3/hr

head=35m

 

but in working state the suction pressure is 3.5 bar and the discharge is 5.5bar 

 

isit correct this state?

Kakil,

 

With lack of adequate info (pressure losses, elevations,...) it could be correct...!

Hi,

 

Since it is a closed loop, it will have expansion tank connected to the suction of pump. Expansion tank operating pressure may be higher ( may be 3.5 to 4 barg). Is your loop is hot water generator? Since as you said water, it will be pressurized to maintain in liquid state at elevated temperature. As Mr. Fallah stated, we need more information in order to provide you precise answer.

yes it contain expansion tank with 4barg with same elevation with the suction pipe .
