Flo++
General purpose finite volume computational fluid dynamics program for fluid flow and heat
transfer problems, Windows 95 or Windows NT v4.0 or higher, an evaluation version (fully
functional but limited to 3000 cells) may be downloaded.
FLOW-3D
A commercial general purpose CFD software package based on the finite-difference method
for various Unix platforms and PC.
FLUENT
Commercial general-purpose CFD software for incompressible and mildly compressible flows.
Applications include modeling of separators, reactors, and heat/mass transfer equipment.
Available for various Unix platforms and Windows NT/2000.
Ideal Flow
Machine
Java applet to experiment with and visualize elementary two-dimensional ideal flows.
Sources, sinks, vortexes etc. can be placed and the streamlines are plotted.
