Dear Sirs,
It's my first topic here so...I just wanna say hallo to everyone!

Right now I'm working on odorant production unit, where caustic solution (range of wt%)is used.

Whereas, no caustic shall exist in treated condensate exit (C5+) i need to consider caustic recovery unit.
Including in-line mixer to add water and also liquid coalesce with high performance caustic recovery.

C5+ outlet is downstream to Mercaptane Extractor (NaOH used) and Condensate Separator.

1. Can I use static mixer with water injection?
2. How to obtain caustic amount in C5+ outlet (there is no data in my workbook) and water injection amount?
3. Do you have a simple PFD/P&ID for such a unit?
4. Do you know companies provides these equipment?

Kind Regards

These fellows are experts in the subject: http://www.gtp-meric...ining/index.php

For any issues related to Caustic treatment of Hydrocarbon streams (and regeneration of Spent Caustic), Merichem and UOP are the best in the class.
