I am looking for a flow sheet of manufacturing of Polyurethane from petroleum derivatives with mass and energy balance if possible.

This is such a general question...

Maybe your university library is the best place to start.Try Perry's Handbook, Kirk-Othmer, ...

As for the material balance, it is specific to each plant (and each operating duty in that plant) in real life, there is not a "unique" material balance for every Polyurethane manufacturing processes. But, again, you may find some interesting data in relevant handbooks and encyclopedias.

As I am working on Renewable Polymers I have not more time to go in detailed design of convectional processing of the polymers and as PU is our main product so I just want to compare both convectional process and the renewable process for it that's why i ask for Flow sheet with direct M.B. and E.B.

I have one hard copy of Perry and soft one of Kirk-Othemer but I havn't find what I needed,
I also have a collection of books check out my blog:
