In the Atmospheric pressure flare knock out horizontal vessel... what is the normal level should be in the vessel during the normal operation??? what percentage???

The operating level during normal operation of the flare KO drum would be the function of the normal liquid carryover and disengagement of the liquid in the KO drum. It could be from low-low level (KO drum pump trip) to just below high-high level where the pump may be configured for auto-start function. Or it could be between level alarm high or level alarm low.
