Injector system: 2000ml capacity, with twin walls to allow heating cooling;feed rates from 0.07 to 7ml/s; fast down,with index and control system.

I believe you had better ask clarification from supplier. I can imagine that "fast down" means that flow rate of injector system can quickly go down from 7 mL/s to 0.07 mL/s (quick response when flow rates need to change). But is it sure? these matters should be made clear before order.
