Dear All

Hai.. I'm new in my company
in my company using pulvirized coal combustion with tangensial burner and using ball mill as pulvirizer
in pulvirizer system also using coal bin as storage..

I want to ask there is someone in this forum that has an experience using plasma burner in the burner???

There is spec boiler in my company that I worked

Ouput Boiler press : 9,8 MPa
Temp Out : 530-540 degC

Main Steam Flow : 200 T/H, for Turbine and co-generation

Burner : using tangensial burner with 2 level burner, total using 4x2 burner

actulally now, when boiler in low load and for start up we still using oil gun..

if there is someone has an experience using plasmatron please tell me about efficiensi and how to maintenace it. Is that difficult to control or not.

thanks b4...
