HI I'm trying to design an SCR reactor and don't really know where to start. I've got a mass balance and an energy balance (both ideal) and just would like a nudge in the right direction.

Like so many other commercial processes, the companies that design and build SCR units keep their design details as proprietary information (and probably protected by patents). So you are very probably not going to find the reactor design "nudge" that you want.

I would suggest that you use the Google search engine to seek out the names of some of those companies ... then contact them and see if they are willing to help you.
