Ok, licensors are Shell Global Solutions, UOP, Haldor Topsoe, and others. One example of a flow scheme is http://www.uop.com/o...Unionfining.pdf
Most hydrotreaters are of the single stage variety, and look very similar, although each licensor has his own typical configuration.

Hi

In Ruwais Refinary LGO (Diesel) cut is drawn off from distillation column and enters the LGO hydrotreater unit. In this unit first the LGO is mixed with H2 (hydrogen) and after that it is heated by a fire heater type and enters the reactor. Many kinds of reaction happens inside this reactor, for example desulphurization, oxidation, nitrogenation,....etc.

After that the reactor effleuant goes to HP separator and then LP separator to Knock out H2 and recycling it again to the system with some H2 makeup gas.

Finally the flow goes to a stripper to strip away light hydrocarbons(C1,C2,C3,C4), H2S(the result of the reaction of mercaptain with H2) and other gases.

There will be a small amount of Naphtha or Kerosene may occur due to the reaction inside the reactor.

I don't suppose you recycle H2 from the LP (low pressure) separator. You may have 2 separators in the H2 recycle loop, a hot HP separator and a cold HP separator.
