I need advice on the range of deans numer and the corresponding correction factor for flow of water throgh spiral and helical coils.

I am not sure about your question. I didn't happen to see a tabulation of what you are asking for, so far. Refer to Perry's (fluid flow chapter) to get the equation for Dean Number and for the correction of friction factor.
