Dear All

I am looking for codes or standards applicable to coal transportation. Specifically speaking, coal that I am concerned about is Lignite with high moisture content. My queries are related to autocombustion / autoignition temp of coal during road transport, coal dust hazard and confinement ( as it aidsauto combustion).

Secondly what moisture level is suitable for road transportation via trucks, as ambient temp of that area is

>= 65 deg C. Kindly provide me industrial practices and standard codes applicable.
