Design Waste Heat Boiler (Exhaust Heat From Gas Engine)

I have a gas engine that producing about 600'C of exhaust gas. If I want to design waste heat boiler that using an exhaust gas from gas engine. Does anyone have a project guide or design calculation where should I start to design waste heat boiler?

Designing a waste heat boiler is not a simple task and not something to be taken on by someone with no experience, I would suggest contacting suppiers of WHRU's and getting them to quote you a unit.

I would agree with Colin. You should get advice from a more experienced colleague or work with experienced suppliers. A poor or wrong design would make you infamous and is detrimental to you at such an early stage in your career.
