API gives a different reduction factor for insulation and double wall but did not mentioned anywhere  what will be the reduction factor if we have both.

In my case i have a tank, which as both insulation and double wall, In this case how can take reduction factor.

I have calculated the reduction factor for insulation and then double wall and multiplied to get the overall reduction factor, but i am not sure is my approach is right.

Next my concern is how to calculate the hydrocarbon content in the tank breathing  as the tank is N2 padded. Can i calculate based on raoult's law? or need to go by AP-42. I have also  attached my calculation sheet as reference.

Thanks a lot for your support in clarifying my doubts.
