Dear sir.

I am working in operation depatment in refinery, in recent days we faced problem in phenolic stripper feed bottom exchanger pressure drop is high,exchanger getting chocked frequently. Our feed and product specifications are within the limit.Please help me what are all the reasons regarding these problem and give me the solutions.
