Hi,

Is there a requirement from API to have the isolation valve to be interlocked instead of just locking device if the upstream design pressure is very much higher than the downstream pressure?

For example upstream is 1500# and downstream is 300#. Downstream relief system is protected against blowby from the upstream system.
