I am solving a problem of falling film evaporator with recirculation in hysys. Without recirculation i am having an output but with circulation after defining the recycle ratio system go to not solved tag.

i am unable to find how to solve this or where can i change so that this recycle converges

i can give you the details about the problem if anyone up for help

I would first set the recycle flow to a fixed value with the composition of the liquid outlet with no recycle as an estimate. Then modify as you wish once you get a converged solution.
