Hello,

 

Does anyone know any software which can do similar job to ASPEN Plus but with an extra feature of inserting micro-organisms or living cells in the process (e.g. algae, bacteria)? I am looking for a program that I can add reaction kinetics for biological processes such as growth of algae, but it seems difficult to find something that can be similar to it. Cells are mainly made up of Carbohydrates, Proteins and Lipids but knowing the percentage does not really tell you much about it's activity or behaviour in contact with other type of biomass.
