Hello dear friends

A query to know if someone could redirect me to a former post or share a proven Excel spreadsheet in order to calculate flow through a control valve for liquids, gases and steam?

I tried the formulas from Emerson Handbook but seems like I made some errors or not understood the formulas.
I would like to cross check.

If possible in international units (SI)
