Hi all,
for a large scale refinery, what is the typical ammonia that is "produced" from a sour gas stripper. Let us say that I want to put this ammonia to use(provided it is not in very dilute form), I need to know typically how much ammonia is made (average value) in tons/day and how much concentrated is this ammonia in the off gas? I believe it is usually flared after getting stripped. I just need to how many tons/hr of ammonia in off gas can be expected? surprisingly iam not able to find this information easily online. I have 2 or 3 articles that have simulated sour gas strippers that's about it. Anybody with refinery background can shed some light on this?
