I hope all of you are staying healthy and doing great today. Would someone among you who has been part of Oil Movement department suggests, what books or literature to read in terms of blending, planning, crude and products properties e.t.c. Looking forward to your kind responses.

Look for a book on Refining. You may want to search for each topic, i.e. product blending. You can find good stuff at the Colorado School of Mines on Refining. It's a complete course. If I remember, I will dig up the link and send it.
