Hello,

 

  I need help with the attached P&ID. I want to know what are the use of the three highlighted 1/2" tubing to the cold vent flare. Is it to vent the annulus pressure in case of leak in the packer ?? 

 

Your help is highly appreciated.

 

P.S. It is onshore gas well.
