Dear All,

I was struggling to calculate the N2 Gas Blanketing Requirement where I need your advise.
I have several units in my WWTP , where I need to do N2 purging along to treat the VOC coming out from each with Granual Carbon Filter.
For examples , if I have a tank
Dimensions ( LxWxH) 13.04x3x1.35 m
Water Level 1.05 m
Free Board 0.3 m
Void Volume 11.736 m3
What will be the N2 initial purging & the amount VOC to be taken to off gas treatment?
where temperature of waste water is 45 C max & ambient is 52 C
I wish if anyone can support me in excel sheet or calculations.
